8 Months Old !!!

Cooper is a little over 8 months old now....WOW! Time is flying, and a year will be on us before we know it. Summer is going great and we are all surviving this Texas heat! It has been awhile since we last posted, so sorry! The Man is now crawling all over the place...and lovin it! He started with an "army" crawl as Sherri described it, on his elbows and knees and quickly transformed into a full crawl. It is so surreal to see our son moving around the house! He is also starting to eat "Stage 3" foods which have chunks in them, and eating a select few things off our plates. It is truly amazing at how fast they grow isn't it! Once you start getting used to things you are certain change is on its way! He has also gotten his fourth tooth in, so we now have two on top and two on bottom. There are a lot of pics since it has been awhile...trips to Kansas for the 4th of July, to East Texas to see our friends the Densons, and some crawling pics. Enjoy!

Cooper's First Flight and More Hilton Head!

Here are some more pictures from our vacation to Hilton Head Island. I needed to add the pictures of Cooper on his first airplane ride! We were a little worried about how it would go, but didn't need to be...he did GREAT! The newest scoop at our house is that Cooper is getting SO close to crawling. He is kinda moving forward and Sherri has named it the "Army crawl" as he is moving forward and using his elbows! It won't be long and he will be all over the place we are sure. Hope everyone is having a great summer!

Memorial Day and a Trip to the Beach!

It has been such a LONG time since we've posted....so sorry! Since our last post quite a bit to report on. We went to Cooper's 6 month checkup a few weeks ago and he was 18 lb 6 oz and I believe they said 28 inches long...still in the 90th percentile for heighth! He got some more shots and he did really good with all of it, such a Big Guy! Soon after that we went up to Dodge City for Memorial Weekend and got to see a lot of family and friends. Thanks to everyone that made it over for the BBQ, it was great seeing everyone! Then about a week and a half later we took Cooper on his first plane flight and he got in the Atlantic Ocean for the first time too! We met Grandma and Grandpa Herrman and Mark and Kathi (my aunt and uncle) at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. It was a great time and Cooper did great! We were happy that he was able to fly and not cry for two straight hours! Anyhow, we've been having a great summer so far and here are some pics. There are more photos too follow in a couple of days as well!
