Teething and "Gotcha Mom" !!!

It is hard to believe that Mr. Cooper is almost 5 months old! Wow! Time really does fly doesn't it. He is doing great and sleeping good still just like last week. We aren't getting the freakish 11 hours like we did last week, but he is still staying asleep for a steady 8-9 hours, which is mighty nice. The newest thing going on is that he is starting to get his first tooth in (Tooth #O for all you dental folks!). He has been doing pretty good with it so far, but you can tell he occasionally gets fussy b/c it hurts. Oh, and he is getting better at facial recognition as well, which we are not sure if that's a good thing or not! He really smiles for mom and dad, but he is starting to realize when someone other than us is holding him, and he will protest every once in awhile! Pretty funny pics this week!

This was right before bath-time last night...Cooper had a warm surprise for his momma! (Check out Sherri's shirt...right beneath the naked baby!)

By the look on her face, Cooper didn't think that his mom minded the shower, so it might not be her last! Priceless!

Don't know if everyone noticed or not, but this kid can SLEEP! Even standing up!

We were out washing our cars...Cooper was hangin in the garage, supervising us! I am pretty sure he gets his sleeping abilities from his mother!

He's pretty good at following us now!

Happy Easter and Congrats to Sherri!!!

We hope that everyone had a Happy Easter this past weekend. We had a great and very busy weekend. Sherri had a memorable Easter as she was Baptized, Confirmed, and received her First Communion ALL on Saturday night! She is now officially a Catholic Girl! Congrats Babe! Cooper's first Easter was fun. He did great at all THREE masses that we went to over the weekend, and even managed to hang in there for the 2 1/2 hour vigil mass on sat. The newest thing we have been up to is trying new and different baby foods. So far he as had peas, carrots, squash, green beans, applesauce, sweet potatos, and has LOVED them all. We were wondering how the green veggies would go, but I think he is so ready for any flavor other than formula that he would eat just about anything! He has been doing better sleeping again as well. Since we made the change to his Huggies Nighttime diapers and let him sleep on his stomach, we've all been sleeping better and longer! He slept for 11 hours the last two nights! It's no wonder he is so hungary during the day, he sleeps for half a day! Let the pics begin!

I told Cooper that crying in a restaurant would get us in trouble! ...This is Sherri's old partner Diana!
